Approximately one week before the convention reg will close, it will reopen for onsite registrations. Sponsor will close about one month before to allow for ordering of supplies. Whilst you would be able to take a sponsor after not everything is guaranteed.

I can't bring a Wii as I sold ii a while back. Am pondering bringing the Megadrive along. I think we can locate enough TV's, consoles shouldn't be too hard to get along as I don't think too many would work well.

Indeed a lot was going on during the convention, I did actually get to suit up at the end of things so that was a nice time for me.
